Background:
The city is creating a plan to guide the development of the Line Creek area in the Northland.

Bicycle Considerations:
This is a great opportunity to include bicycle facilities in a developing are of the city that is currently underserved by bike/ped infrastructure.  The current proposed plan contains some good recommendations for bike/ped, including both on-street bike routes and off-street trails.  It is important for concerned cyclists to follow this plan as it makes its way through the City Council process to ensure that bike/ped is not watered down.
