Next Tuesday is Missouri’s annual Bicycle & Pedestrian Day at the Capitol. There are big changes in the General Assembly this year, so it’s more important than ever for our state leaders to see a big contingent of cyclists and pedestrians supporting things like a 3 foot passing law and a Complete Streets policy for MoDOT.

It’s especially important we get a lot of KC folks down there this year. Our region is very fortunate to legislators in key leadership positions. Northland Rep. Ryan Silvey chairs the House budget committee, and Downtown Rep. Mike Talboy leads the House Democrats.
