Thursday evening the Lee’s Summit City Council will vote on a Livable Streets policy that will help to promote streets that are designed for everyone – motorists, pedestrians, bicyclists, the disabled, children, transit riders, and seniors. This would be the first Complete Streets policy in the KC metro area.
If you are Lee’s Summit resident, please ask your mayor and city council to vote for Livable Streets on Thursday, and then come to the meeting at 6:15 p.m. to show your support.
