Monday the City Council of Tonganoxie, KS in Leavenworth County will vote on a comprehensive bicycle and pedestrian master plan that includes a full range of sidewalks, trails, bicycle lanes, and Complete Streets. The plan would guide facilities in new developments and provide a framework for the town to seek funds to retrofit existing neighborhoods. If you live, work, or bicycle in Tonganoxie – now is the time to contact the Mayor and City Council with a quick note in support of the plan.
