It's amazing to me that this is even a problem, given the Tour's outstanding showing here. $38 million in economic impact for a $1.5 million investment last year? Certainly seems like a no-brainer to me! Also, does anyone else find it ironic that the pro-bike race people in government are Republicans, and the anti-bike race folks are Democrats?
