A vital and long-awaited piece of the Riverfront Heritage Trail is finally opening this week. The ASB underpass carries the trail under the ASB Bridge and its railroad tracks, finally uniting Berkley Park on the east with the Town of Kansas Bridge and River Market neighborhood on the west.
The official opening on Friday at 10:00 a.m. will feature a gourmet brunch by Albert Tash, Executive Chef at the Ameristar Casino, and take place under a nicely heated tent. So come on down and be among the first cyclists to ride under the bridge!
