It looks like last month we spoke too soon about De Soto, KS lifting the infamous ban on bicycles on 83rd Street. At the last minute the town’s City Council decided to delay lifting the ban until after the road is repaved this summer.  It sounds like there is enough support on the City Council to lift the bike ban once the road is repaved, which should be completed by October.
