This Saturday May 9th is the first day of the Fourth Annual Greater Kansas City Bike Week, a celebration of all thing bicycle in our metro area. There is a diverse array of events from bike commuting classes to track stand competitions to group fun rides.
And one of the marquee events this week will be the Seventh Annual Car-Free Challenge, which asks Kansas Citians to see how many solo automobile trips they can replace with bicycling, walking, taking the bus, or even carpooling.
The web site is hosted right here on KCBike.Info, so register for the Challenge and check out the calendar of events.
