OutSpokin rides in 2009

OutSpokin’, the city’s gay and lesbian bicycle club, has a great series of rides planned for 2009. Everything from urban exploration to mountain biking.  Check out this recent article in Camp Magazine for all the details.

Wilfredo Pujols has been sentenced to 15 years in the hit-and-run death of teen bicyclist Chris Cooper in Independence in November 2007. Pujols had pleaded guilty to second degree murder in December of 2008, and was finally sentenced this week.
