The KCMO City Council’s Planning & Zoning Committee will consider a new development code that includes a requirement for bike parking at new businesses, schools, libraries, public buildings, apartments, condos, etc. Some real estate developers are fighting bike parking, so public support is needed to make sure the committee doesn’t cave into the pressure.
