Volunteers needed for bike parking at Tour of Missouri

The Kansas City Bicycle Club, Let's Go KC, and the Missouri Bicycle Federation are partnering to offer free bicycle parking at the Tour of Missouri on the Country Club Plaza.  We are looking for at least six volunteers to help us staff the operation. Two hour shifts are available.  If you can donate your time to help us provide this free service, please contact me, Eric Rogers, ASAP. Monday, September 8 12:00-2:00 p.m 2:00-4:00 p.m. 4:00-6:00 p.m. Our booth will be located in the main Expo area on Nichols Road, in the heart of the Plaza, and will be available from Noon until 6:00 p.m.  That will cover the pre-race expo, the race itself, and the after party. Don't spend forever getting into a parking garage.  Don't park blocks away.  Just ride your bike right into the center of the action and take advantage of rock star parking, only for bicyclists.
