Last year saw the opening of Epic Bike in the Northland, and this year will see the opening of two new bike shops in the south.

Family Bicycles is will be opening soon at Wornall and Gregory on the Brookside/Waldo border.  This shop will be focusing on helping people to bicycle for transportation and carrying practical bikes and supplies for this purpose.

Volker Bicycles is coming to Midtown’s Volker neighborhood, along West 39th Street.  This new shop will be Jamis dealer, and will be carrying some custom bikes from Pegoretti in Italy.
