Today 15-plus bicyclists braved the nasty weather to show up at the City Plan Commission.  The short story is that the commission voted to approve a proposal to include secured bicycle parking for residents of apartment and condo buildings.  Big names like Hunt Midwest were present to oppose the plan, but in the end only one Commission  voted no.
