Update on Lone Jack teen
Published September 1st, 2007 in CrashesKMBC-TV 9 has an update on Brennon Maxwell, the 14 year-old Lone Jack teen hit while crossing 50 Highway on his way to football practice on Tuesday. Brennon is hospitalized on life support, and the community is rallying to get MoDOT to improve the highway. A plan dating from the 1960s would move the westbound lanes next to the eastbound lanes, putting both under an overpass and eliminating the at-grade intersection where Brennon was hit.
