Hey All I Talked with Brad Gaunt Yesterday. He got to see his father yesterday for the first time since the accident. He said he looked way better than he expected. And he's doing very well in my opinion. Sierra, his niece, was able to donate her lung's, Heart and liver and two of those was locally. He is wanting to be involved in any ride or fund raiser. BUT he does not want to do it this Sat.11th because the funeral is that morning Visitation at Langsford Funeral Home in lee's summit at 6-7:00pm the 10th Funeral at Raytown Christain Church 6108 Blue Ridge Blvd. 10:00 am the 11th Also, the next weekend the 18th-19th is his anniversary and that's out. He said an evening would be OK (hot)or any time other than those dates. He has some fund raising beneficiary idea's also. His Mother had no problem financially with the funeral and such but his brother (father of Sierra) could use some help it sounds like and he also mention Midwest Transplant Org. He wasn't sure of the exact name. He brought in a picture and the obituary to the shop yesterday. I will try to finalize what he would like to see done and let you and others know. Sara from the Acme Bike Shop was planning on riding out this Sat and putting ghost bikes out but she said she would wait to here. I told him we would wait until after the weekend to contact him again and discuss more. Forward this to what ever groups your in and Maybe we can get a big number of us to show up to the visitation or Funeral. I'm hitting the visitation for sure. Not sure about the funeral.
