KCTV-5 is reporting that the Micheal Hammond has died of injuries sustained in the crash on Saturday. An anonymous source tells me that reports indicate the motorist broke no traffic laws, but the police are still investigating to determine the exact nature of the crash.

this is my father that was killed, and now I have read about so many others my heart goes out to all. My question is when will these people hitting pedestrians pay? Why are they charged with nothing. I guess this means that if anyone hits a pedestrian as long as there not under the influence its ok……. I don’t think so somehow these laws must be changed.
