[ May 17, 2007; 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. ] For Bike To Work Week, join the regular Brookside Thursday ride for a ride to Loose Park and into Northeast Johnson County, followed by dinner at Charlie Hooper’s.  The ride leaves at 6:30 p.m. from the parking on the north side of 63rd Street, just east of Brookside Boulevard.

Almost a year ago John Triggs died in a terrible wreck with a cement truck in Downtown KC while on his way home from the Central Library.  A Ghost Bike still stands at 12th and Grand in his honor. Triggs’ family have filed a lawsuit against the truck driver.
