This Saturday the Independence Optimist Club is putting on a bike ride and pancake breakfast fund raiser.  Several route options are available and include Lake City, Fort Osage, and Buckner.  Go early and carb load with the pancakes or stay after and partake of the carb recovery.  More info in the calendar.
