Next weekend the National MS Society is hosting the League American Bicyclist’s Road 1 class here in KC. It’s an all day class that teaches you all about riding in traffic safely. Road 1 is a great course for bike commuters or anyone else who bikes for transportation. This class is also a prereq for becoming a certified League cycling instructor.
