The city of KCMO is in the process of planning for a city-wide system of trails for bicyclists, pedestrians, and equestrians.  This plan would focus on creating priority east/west and north/south corridors for both recreation and transportation.  It would build on existing plans like BikeKC, MetroGreen, and the city’s walkability plan, but hopefully provide an impetus for turning all of these plans from paper into concrete.
