Last year mayoral canddiate John Fairfield reached out to cyclists to include us in an ad for his campaign, and that ad is now on the airwaves. About halfway through the montage you can catch a brief glimpse of John talking with a group a cyclists in front of The Roasterie Cafe in Brookside.  This is probably a first for KC, and a sign of growing influence of cyclists among politicians.
