Just in time for the holidays the parking gods have given cyclists two new places to park Downtown. The big one is a set of 10 "post and ring" type racks at the new IRS campus. These provide parking for 20 bikes on the south side of Pershing Avenue between Main and Broadway - convenient to Crown Center, Union Station, and the Liberty Memorial.

The second is a little "wheel bender" rack in the Town Pavilion garage, located at the 13th Street entrance between Grand and Walnut. It's not great, but it provides some much-needed parking inside the loop.
